This procedure addresses the LCD floor displays, that is, it tells each display which floor it is on (for example 0 for the first floor, 1 for the second and so on).
The procedure is the same for all displays: only the menu changes. Before you start, find the menu for your display in the table.
Addressing menu
| Display | Menu | How to get there |
|---|---|---|
| LCD60x | M1 | press SEL 1 time |
| LCD67x | M1 | press SEL 1 time |
The buttons
On the back of the display there are two buttons:
- SEL: scrolls through the items (menus, addresses);
- ENT: confirms the item shown.
Procedure
- Open the addressing menu. Press SEL until the display shows the menu for your model (see the table), then press ENT.
- Choose the address. Press SEL until the address of the floor where the display is installed appears, then press ENT to confirm.
- Repeat on each floor display, from the lowest to the highest.
Example from the video
- First floor → address 0
- Second floor → address 1
- Third floor → address 2
Note: in the video the addressing menu is M1. On another display, follow the same steps using the menu shown in the table.
